This thing is incredible:
A whole BUNCH of USB-C ports
a USB-A port
able to charge two MacBook Pros at the same time
compact
travels well
plugs in to all kinds of different outlets all over the world
These are SUPER useful:

I built a 320wh power bank recently. It only has two USB-C ports though.
I guess you could power a pair of MBPs from it, but it’s actually intended to power a raspberry Pi setup for an absurdly long time.
I 3D printed the case, if that matters. $100 worth of batteries, about $20 for the other electronics.

If my math is right, about 12 hours. But that includes dual monitors.

I've now got this fancy dildo maker that I've daisy-chained two filament switching units to (for 8 possible filaments for each print):

It's enabled me to start getting ahead of entropy to some extent with my tools (I wrote the OpenSCAD script to generate the tool trays via parameter):

That means that were you to control them from an ipad your setup could provide a week of use. That awesome.

I picked up a Clevetura CLVX1 Mac for my desk. It’s a well-designed keyboard that has a built-in multitouch trackpad integrated into the keys. It took a little getting used to, and while I don’t regret it for my desk, I am not 100% sure I would buy the full-size with numberpad for my desk again.
However it did seem like a perfect on the go iPad companion, so much so that I also picked up a CLVX S, their smaller version with no numberpad. This one has been amazing and I have no regrets. Cleaner, more compact setup than a Magic Keyboard and Magic Trackpad, and just really great, thoughtful design.
