New home for old MA magazines?

Post by yelowpunk »

Hey all!

I left a mini collection of old MacAddict and MacLife magazines at my parents' apartment. Is there anyone interested in these here? Shipped from NYC area. No money exchanged if you can send a sticker for the right size and weight. They're in fair-good condition, probably dusty. They have a cat also.

Anyone want them?

Oh wow. Yes! I'd love to relive these + show them to my sons. MacAddict, though, not MacLife; those MA days will forever be the heyday to me.

Do you have any requests for what happens after I'm done looking through them? I have no plans to keep them forever. Happy to offer them to this crew for the same "free + cost of shipping" terms, or donate them to the local library, or whatever.

I'm in ZIP code 80863, any idea how much I'm in for? (Recommendation that you use pirateship.com if you don't already have an equally cheap shipping method…)

You should be able to use the 'Media Mail' option with USPS if you want to go that route; as they are magazines.

Great! I think media mail is a great option since mags are heavy media, it's much much cheaper and well within the guidelines.

I don't have any preference for what happens with them down the road.

Attached are some images of the magazines, as well as some manuals that came with my sawtooth g4 and more stuff from the beige period too, if you (or someone else) is interested.

The origination address will be in ZIP 11218.
