That's a UK accent, not an American one. I think it's from England.ukimalefu wrote: Atlantis | Official Trailer
You will learn why the future won't be like... 1984?
*Spoiler alert* it's an ukranian movie, in russian, but "Big Brother" speaks english, with an american accent.
And judging from the trailer, I doubt Putin is happy about it.
The thing about English English vs American English is that in the Americas we tend to pronounce the consonants more sharply, and in English English they tend to pronounce the vowels more sharply. It's almost like in American English the mouth is more closed and in English English the mouth is more opened.

Like all of his documentary series, this is highly recommended.

One day I'd like to be decent at the banjo and fiddle... but this is next level.
Video of the MV Arvin (a Ukranian freighter) starting 20 seconds before the rough seas apparently broke her keel. YouTube video at link. Rob Beschizza adds some details such as many as 4 crewman died as a result to the ship sinking.

Some episodes were available on Kylie Minogue's YouTube channel. She thought it was a fun trick to fool the Youtube algorithm with the film-maker's blessing but the BBC caught on to her and they got removed. But Thoughtmaybe.com has them all.
Covers that are actually really good:
London Grammar's cover of Chris Isaak's Wicked Game
Janet Devlin's cover of Radiohead's Creep
Grown man takes the Tide Pod challenge
Trust me, it's not what you think, and it is absolutely hilarious.
