Barbecue Sauce. What do you like?

I received a bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce for Xmas. Darn good Sauce!
I made some meatloaf, where the recipe calls for 1/3 a cup of Ketchup. I just used this sauce, and cranked out the best meatloaf.

Trader Joe's a nice sauce for a long time, but they removed it from the shelves. TJs does this frequently. Apparently, it did not sell well enough.

What do all of you like?

I love Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. I don't use it very often, because it's almost pure sugar, but wow is it good.

I like it tangier than sweet.

A little sweet, but incredibly tangy.

I like Sweet Baby Ray's. I like to add some roasted habanero hot sauce to it to better balance the sweet and add some zing.

Another vote for SBRs. Otherwise I usually look for something smokey.

I've tried various brands but don't adhere to any particular one -- I just look for "Hot" or "Very Hot" on the label.

I get sweet Baby Ray's a lot. I also buy a lot of Famous Dave's because I really appreciate the variety. I'll often have 3 or 4 different BBQ sauces at a time. I love sauce.

Beyond that, I shop for unique, interesting, or quality local.

I am pretty sure the Baby Rays is the one we usually get.

Not sure which one I like best, I never did a/b comparisons, and I don't think I have ever done bbq without augmenting the sauce in some form or another.

I usually find what i like either from what someone else uses, Costco samples or the packaging is inviting. If you can find Kinders Sweet Heat, i highly recommend it. If you was a little bite to it, that is.
