Cauliflower Sandwich Thins

Post by justine »

These are soooooo good! I made mini pizzas with them and some mozzarella and mini pepperonis. They're pretty expensive and not sold anywhere but Whole Foods, at least here, but man they are good. Next up, fried egg and cheese on top.

I'm always looking for new ways to make food. I've tried cauliflower pizza(which was fine, except the toppings fell off in one clump), and cauliflower tater tots(godawful).

I'm curious to try these. I will check them out. Thanks.

You're welcome. I also bought some cauliflower bites at Costco, but i haven't tried them yet.

Oh, and i toasted them in the toaster then added the toppings and nuked it. Mostly because i wanted it quick and i really didn't know what to do. :D
