I have my doubts too, but if it isn't, it's a good representation of nature
If real, the camera is attached to a boat, and the orca is chasing it. And you can see the trail of the boat before you see the whale.
i really, really want it to be real
i'm not even going to google it

My guess would be not real. The orca would be swimming madly. We would see his tail moving up and down vigorously at his rear.
found the video

It looks a lot smoother on video, but you can still believe it's fake if you want. It still looks awesome.

That's because you're looking at the whale from the front. When you view it from that angle, you see the face and not the tail end.
For example, in this front-angled photo of a dog you also do not see the tail.

I thought it looked like Alaska. Yeah, some of the harbours there are in fjords, and they get real deep as soon as you go a few feet from shore.

At least that guy was smart enough to run. I probably woulda been like "hey big guy, want some of my sandwich"?
Not even duct tape will fix stupid, but it can muffle the sound.

No, running is very bad. It can cause the animal to reflexively give chase and attack. Back away slowly while making yourself look as big as possible. Hold your arms over your head, yell, take off a jacket and wave it around, etc.
