No, that's not a picture of Trump's foreign policy. Instead, it's a closer look at the fresh 8 meter crater that was recently discovered by the HiRISE instrument on the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter.

No clue, but it is artificially colored. It could simply be reflective material (metal).

Its likely not something that is blue, but rather something that is highly reflective in the B-G band that HIRISE images.

Its not a false color image, because HIRISE only images three bands, but they do not directly correspond with the visible RGB bands.
