Wisconsin and liberal do not seem like they go together. Though it does seem to vote Democrat for US Presidents.
Hmm, North Carolina might be worth a look.
Connecticut and haunted go together. As one of the oldest settled parts of the US there's lots of ghost stories in the area.

Interesting camera. I've been trying to pay attention to find out possible video gear for myself.

All I've got now are Regular 8 and S-VHS systems.
