Names have been blocked to protect the kangen buyers.
I wasn't sure if I should put this here or make a Bren thread.

Isn't 11-12 on the Ph scale right around... soapy water?

So I could, like, wash my vegetables with soap and get them cleaner? Wow. Surprise.

If you soak cut or chopped fruits/vegetables, the stuff inside leaks out - of course the water shows coloration.

Man, don't get me started on this alkaline water crap.

Somebody is writing off $100 per month for having this human waste in their home? I don't want to pay for other people's Kegel water!

(I mean, if I paid taxes. Hypothetical sitch, obvi.)

No, I knew this dude who moved away and later connected on FB. He started selling this stuff using the most stupid logic and pseudo science. Like he videoed himself cleaning the stove with this water, as if it proved how healthy it was, like, sure, thats why we all drink Windex and 409, and he would not stop trying to convince me that it was all true info. I mean, if alkaline water was really this healthy and regular water was so awful for you, then people would die from drinking lemonade. He told me that kengen made the water molecules smaller so that they went straight to your brain to refresh you faster. I actually had to unfriend him, his posts drove me crazy and, for whatever reason, this subject just got under my skin really bad. Not only would he say just stupid things that a 5th grade science textbook would refute, but, there would be tons of posts of people oohing and ahhing over his bogus claims.

I don't think he made that much. I felt kinda bad for him and his wife, they were seriously struggling. He was delivering pizza at one point. But thats the other side of this thing, the actual companies don't make the crazy claims, they depend on the sellers to do that and they distance themselves legally enough so that if anyone gets sued over false claims, its the people on the bottom who would be held responsible. He was totally convinced about the product.

New Lotus F1 car for 2014 (it seems low noses are the new thing this year, besides the dual ERS-turbo 1.6 V6 engines)

I've read they're expecting quite a few engine blow ups because they're making 600 hp from a 1.6L V6 with a lot of forced induction.
