Happened.
That bit always blows my mind.
Aw, he's no fun, he fell right over.

behold smith & wesson's new "backpack cannnon"

ka-blam!

The five-shooter features a three-inch barrel, high-visibility sights and a synthetic stock with a shock absorber on the rear of the handle. Chambered for the massive .460 round, it packs a wallop. You can also shoot .454 Casull rounds, as well as .45 Long Colt ammo.

I've fired a 454 Casull. It bruised my hand.
That revolver has a nice soft rubber grip, which would be mandatory to shoot that damn thing, IMO.
There is no point in a longer barrel. Nobody is going to be able to avoid flinching when firing it.
I'm surprised they got five rounds in the cylinder. I'm going to guess they used a higher strength steel than is typical for revolver cylinders.
If one were wandering the north woods and grizzly jumped out at him, that might just maybe be large enough. The large caliber in a short barreled revolver still won't be as powerful as a middle of the road rifle. Its certainly better than decades back when people thought a 357 Magnum would stop a bear in the woods. hah

DEagle .50AE and S & W 500 mag are the two biggest handguns I've fired.
Ka-Blam doesn't cover it. It's more like KA-WHOOOOOM!
After about 5-6 rounds I have to put them away. Wrist and hand begin to hurt. Matter of fact I have learned to shoot them last because my hands and arms tremble so much I can't shoot well after.

Airliner lands at wrong airport at Branson, MO.
So, we were very lucky indeed, especially considering that there was a cliff at the end of the runway.

The passengers were taken by ground to the correct airport which was 7 miles away. Later the jet was able to take off despite the short runway.
The Catalina airport is similarly scary. Note the drop just off the left end of the runway. The right end isn't a whole lot better. Though I don't think a 737 would ever attempt to land at an airport intended for small planes.

Well at least they didn't glue him into the seat, sitting upright with a rod in his hand.

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. When life gives you rotten avocados, throw them at the moon.
Those are not what I've seen in screenshots. It's better that they went with a more traditional look.
