Same thing in British Columbia. Our law came in after someone tried to gas and dash and the clerk tried to stop them and was run over and killed. The guy should have just let them go, but didn’t and so the government decided that to avoid incidents like that, or this one, it would be best if gas was either prepaid in cash, or at the pump with a credit or debit card. I happen to think it is a great idea. Far safer.

same thing happened here recently
it turned out the reason the attendant took the risk is because the company docks the crap out of 'em for gas thefts

It happened at the gas station across the street from my highschool. A good friend of mine was on the shift just before Grant died

I got some liquid nails on my hands while helping my grandpa on the roof. His solution? Carb cleaner. I think it did more damage than the glue.
