So it's safe to surmise besides cursive writing they no longer teach roman numerals.
If a boat is a hole in the water you throw money in, do you really want your ship to come in?

1. I don't know
2. Indeed
Did you see him get all the way to the top?

radio tower maybe
though those usually have an truss structure and that's not, so I dunno either.
Nice wide hand and footholds every few feet would be an easy climb.

I'd pee my pants as soon as I got over 20 feet up. No thanks.

You'll note he has a safety strap on each side. See how he puts a carabiner over the next hold before reaching up. Two safeties attached to his harness most of the time and at least one all the time. I'd feel safe climbing that. Taking a pee part way up would be hell though.

TOS wrote: did you notice how insecure those carabiners are? he's just sort of tossing them onto the rungs
Unless the climber was hit by an extremely unlikely updraft that could lift a 150-pound person I think that what was used was very safe.
Of course there is a big difference between what I think is safe vs. what I think I could do.

Bison make great pets. Especially when cut into pieces and placed in a freezer.

Mmmm... bison...
There a bison ranch about five miles from my house. It's good stuff.
