In the original Star Wars movie Greedo doesn't shoot at all, Solo kills him in cold blood, flips the bartender a few coins, and walks out a cool customer. This "Greedo shot first/Solo shot first" crap is stupid, and I wish Lucas would have left well enough alone.

Not... totally in cold blood, I'm sorry, I can't accept that.

Preemptive self defense I call it. He got caught, he was doomed, he was going to be taken to Jabba. The only way to escape was to shoot his way out of it.

yeah, there's an awful lot of heavy stuff belowdecks, from nuclear reactors to lead ingots

also as i recall the flight deck extends out a bit more on the port side than the starboard

Aircraft carriers are pretty light, they transport mostly empty space. Lots of room for ballast.

She's pretty big though. Her flight deck is less than ten meters wider than my last ship was long.
