Don't get me wrong, I feel terrible for the patient. I just find myself fascinated by human anatomy, perhaps in self defence, as I know in my career I'm likely to come across some disturbing incidents.

What gets me in that is just how little bleeding there is!

I saw a guy do that to his elbow in 4th grade. He was doing the high jump in phys-ed class and somehow got his arm hooked around the upright. He missed a couple months of school over that one.
