actually the thing to look for is any sign that she is consenting

see any of that? 'cause i don't

Kinda tough to determine either way from one millisecond in time.

do you see it in that "millisecond" or not?

Apparently you see a creeper but it's just as easily a married couple who have been shopping, she's tired and he started rubbing her leg, she closes her eyes and relaxes.
You simply can't tell from that picture one way or the other.

in that picture, do you see consent?

i'm not sure why it's such a difficult question to answer

Define consent.
I see a man touching a woman on her leg. She has her eyes closed.
I don't know if she just closed them and he'd been touching her awhile.
I don't know if after he touched her she opened her eyes and smiled.
I don't see how you can see or not see consent from 1 millisecond in time.
Not enough information.

i find it odd that you're dodging this so vehemently ... makes me a bit concerned, to tell you the truth

the answer is simple: in that image there is no sign of consent

it doesn't mean she didn't give it or allow it, doesn't mean any of the scenarios you suggested are true or not

it just means there's no sign of consent

No, it's Mario in a Bowie hat. Unless time runs backwards, that is.

The UK doesn't have a culture of tipping like your side of the pond. We actually pay our staff a living wage over here. :p

Ahhhh. ok.

Thought it was something in the design... and since the Vimy Memorial is a beautiful piece of art, I was afraid I'd have to get stern with someone.
