Nope, apparently it is Quetzalcoatl (or Kukulkan) the feathered serpent. The volcano in question is in Mexico. Assuming you can believe anything you read on Reddit.

It looks more like one of those shadow bunnies made by cunningly holding one's fingers in front of a light.

Though from where that cloud is shown on the side of the volcano, it was probably a pyroclastic flow heading downslope just out of sight behind the ridge on the mountain.
