Replace the material slightly, and this is pretty much why I (would've) flunked Electromagnetic Fields and Waves the first time. The rest involves a PhD grad student from Romania who didn't speak English well, didn't like facing the class, and whose ability to write tests was nil.
Thankfully, after getting a 44% on the first exam (which I found out later would have given me a high B), I decided to drop that course like a hot potato. I tried again the next semester with a full professor.
