Given the mountains in the background of that billboard, my guess is that it is located in one of the western provinces and thus pretty far from Toronto.

The Pattison sign puts it in BC, which is congruent with the landscape and flora.

It'd work basically anywhere in Canada except Toronto. Lots of people like to poke fun at Torontinians and their part time hockey team.

I saw Mom do this a couple days ago with chocolate cake batter. She cleaned up the mess then did the same thing again.
