:( That is one of the best reasons ever for no distractions. In fact, I thought it was something more capricious than that when you first said you weren't allowed to take phones or cameras with you.

unfortunately it's one of those things where it gets taken right over the deep end. A conductor and engineer were recently fired (and will probably never get their jobs back) because the conductor was using a cellphone in airplane mode as a watch.
