If you put the car in neutral, properly attach it with a tow bar, it's little different than a trailer. I see this all the time where I live.

this would be only a better than nothing workaround

try this: open the image in a new tab, add a v at the end, so it ends in .gifv, and hit return

does that work?

I know bribing college officials is a bad idea, and accepting bribes is a career-ending move, but I had no idea it was jail-time-level illegal. Surprising.

Never mind, I read a little more and it's basically all kinds of fraud. "I the undersigned, do hereby declare under penalty of perjury..." stuff.
