They may have been technically correct - as the camera could easily be powered from batteries - but that was a pretty disingenuous statement. They would have been better off keeping their mouths shut and letting the FBI handle it.

I'm thinking it's got a pretty massive turn radius. Any sharp turn would result in a set of front wheels scraping against the pavement.
