I saw it in slo-mo the first time, as it was loading. First I was thinking, "Car comes through the window in 3...2...1..." Then she tripped and I thought "Great save!" but then she tripped over the other stool. :(

Today's Google Doodle, for Bram Stoker's birthday:

ahhh, John Belushi. If only I had a time machine to go back to March 5th 1982 and stop you and say "hey, dont be a stick fiddling idiot. At least, not tonight."
If he'd lived, I guess he'd be semi-retired like Dan Ackroyd.

If it hadn't been that night it would have been another. :( RIP, John.

I bet that one's a uncouth individual to clean ...
They probably use scuba divers like at the larger aquariums.

What

The

fiddlesticks?

No, not that.
I might be mocked, but I think that Oz film could be very, very good. James Franco and all.

Well, when I saw Mila Kunis in the credits I said, ok I'll watch it. But it seems like a prequel, and it seems the wizard is expected to be the hero? The wizard is a bad guy. Maybe they'll show the downfall and corruption of the wizard? I don't know.

Where do you get that the Wizard is a bad guy? I've never seen that as a reading of the character. :)
I've only see the Judy Garland movie so I don't know what the book is like. But in the movie the Wizard seemed like a scared old man who used loud noises and smoke and mirrors to distract people from his natural timidity. Maybe in the book he was more nasty? I don't know. Either way, it looks like it could be a fun movie. Certainly as a Disney production I expect solid levels of technical excellence. We'll have to wait and see how the story, characters and acting are though.
Let Fox produce it. I guarantee a darker spin on the plot. ;)
As I recall there were several books, and the movie only covered one.
