The Random Image Thread (keeping it PG-13 at the worst)
I used to drool over that stuff. Unfortunately, our family was too poor to live in the future.

That's one of the many functions of underpants - keeping things that shouldn't be caught in a zipper away from zippers.

All things are possible through the grace of God.

Let's see how that build looks once it is actually wired up and cable management is done. As it stands, that is a very nice art piece, but not much else.
has anyone told you that you're no damn fun at all?

Get some cable extenders, you can run most of those cables on the backside and only have them pop up right where they need to connect.

If it's got an m.2 SSD, the only wiring needs to be the power leads to the 24-pin ATX connector, the front panel connection (which is optional) and the GPUs. With some judicial cable routing, an extension cable or two, and some white heat shrink tubing, you could make them almost invisible.

6x 60mm exhaust fans? That'll be loud.
I ran into similar problems with the Macintosh IIx I converted into a mATX case - about ~1cm too short to really do vertical PCI slots correctly, and horizontal layouts with random PSU placement don't cool well so you have to add a bunch of fans and hope for the best.

Two things:
1) Nostalgia is a lot better than reality. That case sucks the chrome off a trailer hitch, but it definitely has nostalgia going for it.
2) This video is, sadly, the future. I mean, the whole video itself is essentially an ad, but then there are two ads within the video itself. I guess that is one way to get around Youtube's demonetization issues.

sadly, there was no information on where/how to buy it

I hate that gif, but I didn't want to be alone in my suffering, so I decided to share it.

If that had been "Japanese" instead of "Chinese", it would have not only been funny, it would have been more than a little accurate.

Creepy-accurate, but creepy-true.

Landsat Island:

It measures 25 meters by 45 meters (27 yards by 49 yards), about half the size of a football field. It is so small that you cannot see it on Google maps. This barren bit of rock off the coast of Canada also has an unusual namesake: the Landsat 1 satellite.

LinusTechTips did a pretty good video on it.
