fiddlesticks that, dogs don't like that

let the dogs into the store, and if the dogs do something inappropriate it's the owners fault

There are plenty of places in the US where dogs (and other pets) are LEGALLY not allowed, exceptions being made for seeing-eye dogs for the vision-impaired.

Well, that's different, and it may make sense in some places. All I'm saying is I wouldn't put a dog in one of those boxes. "Climate controlled" blatherskite, no, it's a closed plastic box. Looks designed to muffle noise from dogs barking (saying "where are you going? why are you leaving me here?) and maybe also to keep possible smells in. Dogs would hate it, and I hate it.

They HAVE to be climate controlled because it can snow or get very hot in NYC depending on the season. Yeah, yeah, First World problems.

Speaking of smells: I think that dogs would find these dogparker.com cages--because that is what they are if only temporary--particularly interesting after some use: "That's Charlie and Fifi but ooh I don't know that dog" [translated from dog].

oh, it's cold outside, but they still want to walk their dogs to the restaurant and leave them in a box while they eat. And it's ok, because it's "climate controlled" and their dog friends are there.

OMG.

Flashback to very early memories of seeing that as a very young child.

iirc it would be shown on or around holidays (maybe on Thanksgiving right after March of the Wooden soldiers). Pretty sure I saw that on one occasion at my aunts house making sure not to make my very grumpy grandfather even grumpier.
And Proteus brought the upright beast into the garden and chained him to a tree and the children did make sport of him.

This isn't the worst picture of the Iranian/Iraqi earthquake - that would be a picture of a woman holding her dead daughter in her lap - but it's bad enough.

You'll need to click to enlarge it so you can read the words.

For me trying to enlarge that pic merely made a low-res pic where parts of the words were STILL obscured (those parts in brackets):
"Nutty [sm]ell [/m]ade you to a naught[y day]"?

Posted the words.

Look, small file or clear words, pick one. I didn't pick the font. ;)

Totally legible for me once enlarged though.

I don't blame nice old buildings for the BS that their occupants get into.

She doesn't have to, the bolt goes into the truck (axle), the wheel spins freely around it.

Hopefully the Navy won't dick around about this. I just can't believe one of their pilots had the balls to teabag a whole town.
