During 1613-1620 a Japanese samurai traveled to the Vatican then back to Japan:

Partly because he and his son and several of his servants had converted to Christianity during this trip, upon their return to Japan the son and the servants were executed for not recanting their conversions and this diplomatic mission was erased from Japanese historical records until 1909.

Actually more likely he was able to take advantage of Spain's fleet of treasure ships even though it did require two of them to make side trips to Japan.

Plus with Spain's agreement with Portugal at that time, any passage around Africa would have been through Portugal's fleet.

CAF changed the colour of their flag so they had a little ceremony with a fly over. (I think this is every air craft in the Canadian armed forces  and that included the Snowbirds (Canada's version of the Blue Angels))

Noise complaints should be illegal in every downtown. And mid-town. And up-town from the hours of 10 AM to 10 PM.
Remember, people, to forgive is divine. In other words, it ain't human.
