She was born in 1937. Color photography did not become widespread until the 60s so I think it's safe to say that she wasn't a kid when this photo was taken. If that is a wedding ring on her finger it dates the photo to between 1960 and 1962, according to wikipedia so she'd be between 23 and 25.
