This was posted here but in the video which explains this puzzle I think the presenter got it wrong because his whiteboard drawing does not accurately replicate the puzzle:
[spoiler]The first shape is out because compared to the rest it is smaller.
The second shape is out because it is darker in terms of brightness.
The third shape is out because it does not have a black outline.
The fourth shape is out because it is green.
The fifth shape is out because it is round.[/spoiler]
I did not leave a comment at that page because it requires being logged in somehow.
