While serious, a weighted training dummy is pretty much a metal shell and a whole lot of aluminum blocks. Assuming the round in the picture is representative, there is just enough electronics to fool the launcher into believing a round is present (a TMAC card), then, a few seconds after launch, magically rematerializing on the rail.
