The comment is clipped from a Google Translate page with the Japanese text (in kanji, hiragana and katakana text) on the left and the English translation on the right.
BTW: have you seen what has been done to poor Babelfish? It now redirects you to Microsoft's Bing Translator which is practically useless for Japanese since it doesn't support transliterations--you must input the Japanese text in kanji, hiragana and/or katakana. A formerly useful tool made useless.
