I had a guy pull that on me at the loading area where my storage unit was.
I was waiting 15 minutes for the spot.
I would have loved to haul his car into the middle of Northern Blvd.
And Proteus brought the upright beast into the garden and chained him to a tree and the children did make sport of him.

<edit> Perigee is August 13. So bright jets near maximum solar heating makes sense.
psst... perigee refers to lowest point in a geocentric orbit. I believe you mean perihelion.

OK, that Nebia shower head website is lacking detail. The only materials information available that's worth noting is that much of the thing is made from anodized aluminum. That's bad when its connected to copper or galvanized steel plumbing. The aluminum will corrode quickly from galvanic corrosion. Unfortunately my other questions were not answered from viewing their site. I suggest not buying one of these just yet. Give them a few years to fix their corrosion issues.

A bit of PVC between the shower head and the copper pipe?

Yeah, but the conductivity of the water will reduce the effectiveness of that trick. The length of PVC necessary to fully prevent galvanic corrosion might be significant. I'll gather the data and provide an estimated pipe length calculation later.

It's the fastest and easiest DIY plumbing.
No, PEX is.
Ya know, I've actually been meaning to start a thread about PEX v PVC ...
might do that later.

Ah, a chart that was made by an idiot, very random.
I'm positive Heinlein was influenced by star wars when he wrote Starship Troopers... 20 years earlier.
