I wonder if the boss's office is where the bridge would be, and if there's a cafeteria where Ten Forward would be. And if that guy is a real trekkie, he build Jefferies tubes into that thing.

FTR, I had no idea who this was, but apparently she is responsible for reconciling early concerns about Einstein's general theory of relativity.

It started out as a real thing. People with PTSD are often "triggered" by certain stimuli. (explosions, angry men shouting, prison doors slamming, whatever brings it back.)

Of course, the self-diagnosis brigade decided that a "trigger" was anything that made you angry, and/or used it as an excuse to be dicks, or decided it was a way to win arguments, and the I'm-outraged-that-you're-outraged club made it an insult.

Wait...the price of pot is lower (by a buck) in California than it is in Colorado?

Maybe it's the "Whole Foods"-lization of the pot market there, but Colorado: you're doing something wrong!

I have never actually used marijuana, but I've honestly been very curious about doing so for the past few years.

Also, Jesus Christ marijuana is expensive here.

Whatever that means.

How much is an ounce? I have no idea what typical dosages (or perhaps serving sizes) are.

The serving size is very small. A pinch for a pipe or bong, 5 pinches or so for a joint (wasteful but portable and communal). An ounce is a lot. A quarter-ounce is far more common for people to buy as their "stash". Also, in areas where it is illegal, possessing a smaller amount is good practice.
