My suspicion is that it's meant to look like a used tampon.

When you see it, you'll human waste bricks. And you can call that art too.

That happens if there's fire. The Mythbusters did it.
Oh, well then if the Mythbusters did it.

I like how it landed on its feet.
How about doggie dreaming?

Oh, that's a shame, they removed far too many frames and made it look like he's having a seizure.

Because you don't blow heated flour powder.

FTFY

There are lots of materials which are normally not or not easily combustible but can easily catch fire when turned into an airblown powder. Flour would have been especially bad since that can catch on fire lying in a pile, but it could have been talcum powder. That girl's head could have been engulfed in a ball of flame if there had been just a spark (so not only the heating element inside the hair dryer but just an electrical spark because some connection was made or disconnected).

Exactly. Wonder if Mythbusters told uki that...

Yeah but I saw the original video, doesn't look as much like a seizure like it does there. Feel sorry for the guy really.

Are these loops you're picking out getting worse? Seems like it, you shouldn't be able to tell where it loops because some element pops when it goes to the beginning.

But you can see the interpolated frames that make the teeny loop, that's not as bad but it still sucks, find better or you'll be besmirching your avatar!
