Terrorists don't seem to have a lot of trouble obtaining traditionally manufactured firearms.

A good, clean, untraceable gun that you can toss in a fire after you are done murdering.

A fire would be even better since the plastic firearm is destroyed. Tossing it in a river merely hides it and it might be found later.
