Say's someone who has clearly never owned a poodle...![]()
I've seen those little-crazy-insane poodles. I call them 'hysterical', and I don't mean "funny", and I'm sure they act like that because they're more afraid of you that you are of them.
I also think that people who are afraid of dogs are funny. And yes, I understand them, I was bitten by dogs a s a kid, yes not one but a couple of times. Then I learned to deal with dogs, and then I had my own, So I'm not afraid of dogs anymore. Strange dogs on the street, or just dogs I don't know, I'm cautious, but not afraid.

I was teasing Uki. Yes, our last dog was full poodle, and she was awesome. That dog loved to be outdoors more than I do, and would drag me down the birding trails. Still miss her.
Our current dog is a pekapoo (half-pekinese, half poodle). She's got a totally different temperament, but is an awesome dog too.

Those laces around his ankles must have been pretty tight to pull that off.

All skill is in vain when an angel wastes down the barrel of your rifle.

Remember those progressive download image viewers? Remember how it was always annoying that they started from the top down...

I don't understand the point. He's what 30 feet off the deck? I don't see how he's saving any time doing a refueling that way. Perhaps its just a training photo op.
Landing a helicopter on a flight deck is harder than it looks, I guess.

the ones used in canada date back to the early 60s ... not just the designs, the actual choppers
so maybe the landing gear was busted or something
more likely it was a training exercise
