My wife keeps dressing like this to do major construction projects around the house, and I keep trying to tell her that that robe tie is going to get caught in something, but she just doesn't listen. :P

That person at the 7:30 position in the fisheye lens shot: isn't he REALLY close to that drop behind him?

Actually...aren't ALL of them taking big chances walking around on the snow of that summit?

Not as big a chance as they took climbing up there in the first place, methinks.

Where is that?
I didn't think it was Everest; not any junk left behind by previous visitors.
Is it Matterhorn?

The Peaks Collection summit pose on the Jungfrau
For the Mammut summer 2012 campaign photo (see above), Mammut employees set out to climb the Jungfrau in the Bernese Oberland. The aim: to create an exceptional pose featuring the Mammut Peaks Collection on a summit plateau at 4,158 meters.

Wasps and hornets have their usage, particularly in eating caterpillars on my garden plants, but that multiple sting thing is indeed a pita.

D-Day Dames

Women determined to cover WWII as war journalists. This photo is of Martha Gellhorn, who landed at D-Day through the encouragement of her husband, Ernest Hemingway, even though he'd changed his mind later and tried to block her.

There's a documentary out there about her life.
