Back before the beginning of time (early 1980s), there was once a bustling Pac-Man playground at Six Flags Over Texas (located in Arlington, Texas). Called “Pac-Man Land,” it was featured from 1983 (a year before the release of the actual Pac-Land arcade game) and lasted to 1985, when it was replaced by a Looney Tunes-themed playground.

I swear it looks like that statue (costume?) started life as an off-brand Mayor McCheese.

Great line at 1:55. I wonder how many times Nimoy had to try that one before he could say it without cracking up?

He could have claimed at least 1/1064 Native American heritage after that role.

A buddy of mine in college had a Newton. It was actually a pretty cool device, but far, far too ahead of its time.

That camera was built by Kodak, who also offered a non-Apple version of them. I was given the Kodak version by my last company when they were about to toss it in the bin.
I think my QuickTake 100 is still floating around here somewhere.

My first digital camera was a Kodak DC20, but I liked the QuickTake because it had a flash.

*TURN YOUR SOUND OFF*AUTOPLAY MUSIC*

Seriously, turn your sound down or off completely, I saw no way to turn the music off. Who's the target for this? the insecure, overcompensating, man-child bro?

Would a family man pull that thing out for thanksgiving in front of the wife, kids and relatives?

I guess back then they weren't seen as today, "just a radio". They were like the iPods of the time. A radio that you can carry with one hand and listen to it anywhere!?
