I can't decide if i want to go see Up in 3D again while it's still in the theater or go see the Hangover. I don't know if i want to see 2 movies this week, and i'm going to go see Transformers next week.

I watched Madea Goes To Jail last night. I thought it was pretty good.

Went to a rep cinema and watched The French Connection. Seen it many, many times over the years but never in a theatre. It was great! A really different experience. Though the film melted and broke right in the middle of the damn car chase (it was an ooooold print).
Tomorrow they're playing Young Frankenstein. Think I might go see it!

iirc, that car chase was not "staged". They rolled through the streets endangering the lives of civilians at every turn.

I didn't really 'get it,' to be honest. I'm not a huge fan of Bob Dylan, however.

I could never figure out why those films were so popular.

The last two were utter dreck, but I find the first one works if you think of it as a parody.

Taken.
Even Liam Neeson (looking like he stepped right out of an ad for Just For Men hair coloring) and his star power couldn't save that trite, cliched, predictable piece of crap. You've seen everything in that movie before, probably in one starring Steven Segal.

It was filled with lots of bang!
I took my son out to shoot for the first time Saturday, and one of the pistols was a Walther PPK/S. During the first scenes of Quantum, he remarked, that's the same gun we shot today!
