Dammit, I've got to wait three more weeks before I can check out DVDs from the store.
I already do have almost $300 worth of trade credit, though, so I can BUY a moderate quantity of them if I want.

I was watching clips from Tommy Wiseau's The Room. I'd like to watch it but I'm not sure I would be able to stand it. Watch the trailer and then watch the clips of the movie. It pretty much defines "so bad its good".

Saw Transporter 3 last night. Nice of them to just completely leave out exposition and character development and get straight to the ass-kicking.
However, I think an action movie franchise has lost its way when a film has an environmental message - no matter how obscure, glossed over, and buried in ass-kicking.

Bedtime Stories
It was cute and the cast was impressive. I was particularly amused by Russell Brands performance. I really never liked the guy, but he might have a future playing bit parts in Sandler flicks.

I was just about to post about having just seen that one. It wasn't as bad as the critics made it out to be (GASP!). I found it enjoyable.
The kids, of course, loved it.

Odd movie.
Yeah. I saw that in theaters. I think it had a lot of promise (much like Know1ing), but it was brutally killed by the totally odd plot changes and other stuff.

Just saw Star Trek.
Absolutely an amazing movie! I liked it so much that I left, ate dinner, then got tickets to see the next show! Still really good!

Angels and Demons, it was pretty bad, which I should have been able to ascertain from reading the book years ago. Oh, and from reading and watching the Da Vinci code. Boo Dan Brown, boo Ron Howard, boo Tom Hanks' hair.
