What was the last movie you saw?
Maybe because it destroys the entire theme of the trilogy.

No it doesn't. The trilogy is intact. This happens 20 years later.

Well, if only this and temple of doom added up to one real indy movie - we might have had 3.

Well, depending on the reception this one gets (and it's getting a huge turnout) you may not have to wait another 20 years for more.

Well, I have a feeling that most people didn't realize what this one was about! I have a feeling that most people would be very cautious about seeing another Indy film in the future (ala Spider-Man 3 tainting that brand too).

I recently watched Casino Royale. I'm so not a Bond fan, but i really liked this flick and was pleasantly surprised to see they had a scene at Body Worlds.

Did you see Body Worlds live? I couldn't bring myself to do it, it creeps me out. I feel like it's one step away from a zombie invasion.
The visuals don't hold up.

or zombie uprising I guess would be more appropriate.

Oh, you should've gone. It was amazing, and i think nothing like what people that haven't seen it perceive it to be.

Watched Across the Universe last night. It wasn't bad, but I was pretty underwhelmed. (For some reason my spell check doesn't recognize underwhelmed.) I also saw Becoming Jane because my friend wanted to see it. I do not recommend.
I've seen both Casino Royale (GREAT movie and I love Eva Green and Daniel Craig) and BodyWorlds. BodyWorlds... it's not that gross. By the end of the tour, you start to forget that the bodies were real people. It's really interesting.

I'm not sure I would want to forget that the bodies were real people. That's what makes it creepy (not necessarily gross) for me. I'm not squeamish about seeing innards or whatnot. I'm telling you, zombies!
Then again, everybody that went seems to really have enjoyed it.

They actually look more like beef jerky than zombies, in all honesty.

Our local theater's midnight matinees start tonight with Rocky Horror. May go see Dawn of the Dead tommorow too.
I just watched "The Last Mimzy". It was an interesting movie, a bit young for me but it was… not what I expected. I did enjoy it though.

I wonder who on the board will be the first to see Sex in the City..

I'm supposed to go see it next week with my little brother actually. Didn't think I'd get to go since I know neither the boy nor any of my guy friends will want to. I guess this makes my brother a little gay. He's more excited to see it than I am but hopefully for different reasons.

My friends and I joked that this Indy movie would make the Franchise apart of Stargate cannon for weeks before it came.
Jesus christ, how right we were it seems...

I refuse to believe that.

Rent it when it comes out. Or Pirate it. I think you would enjoy it - it's campy, and doesn't take it self seriously… but it's funny. It really is the epitome of a "Cartoon to live action" movie.

I liked it. I don't understand why people put so much expectation and excitement into a movie like this, and then act like it's the end of the world if they are disappointed.
It was a movie. It was a decent movie. It wasn't the second coming.
I liked it, it was fun. I ate a whole bucket of popcorn!

Watched The One (blah), Thank You for Smoking (hilarious!) and half of Eragon (pretty decent so far) in the last 24 hours.
Going to finish the later and watch "Live free or Die Hard" again at some point in the next few days... I liked that in theatres.

1 & 3 are good. I don't recall too much about 2, so it must not have impressed me.
I would like to re watch Conan the Barbarian. I love the part where James Earl Jones turns into a giant snake.
