Social Distancing Laser Hat

Video starts when you can actually see it finished and working. Everything before that is the build.

"Massive video illusion: crashing waves appear to be inside a building".

YouTube videos at link. There is also another video showing the construction of the huge LED screens.

Note that the first video of the waves takes 15 seconds before the building in question gets on screen.

"The Real Moby Dick Was So Much Worse".

Caitlin "Ask a Mortician" Doughty retells the tale of the USS Essex, a Nantucket whaling ship, which was the inspiration for the novel "Moby Dick".

Ron Howard made a movie about this, which was a huge flop. Turns out people don't want to pay to see starving sailors sucking out each others bone marrow.

Former NASA engineer Mark Rober fails to stop squirrels from raiding his bird feeders.

You might recall that Rober is the guy who built the anti-porch pirate package.

It's actually David Lynch doing a weather report, from Los Angeles California. And it's a daily thing.

Maybe this has been posted before.

"If Cardi B Did The Sound Effects For Star Wars".

"If Cardi B Did The Sound Effects For Star Wars - Episode II". That is "Episode II" in THIS series, not for the Star Wars movies.

Video tweet demonstrating the new sound that the Golden Gate Bridge now makes when sometimes the wind blows through. They have installed a new sidewalk to change the bridge's wind resistance. It can be easily heard within San Francisco miles away.

People with better ears than mine have described it as a discordant tri-tone.

Evolution of Star Trek Series Music Theme (1966-2020) - Violin tribute

Featuring an insane Flying V shaped violin with frets. But it's kind of big and it has 5 strings, so, is it a viola? I don't know. Also, the frets may be just painted lines, I once saw a (purple) cello like that.

It also has very good fan made CGI
