Six Days in Fallujah, which aims to tell the story of the recent battle in Iraq, was too hot a political potato for one-time publishers Konami, who facing intense pressure dumped the game.

But that doesn't mean the project is dead.

Developers Atomic Games still see promise in the project, and are still shopping the game around to prospective publishers, boss Peter Tamte telling Newsweek ""We have a lot of people who are interested in the project...But I'll feel better when we sign something and the checks start coming."

The Newsweek piece is also worth reading to get the full rundown on Atomic's treatment of the more sensitive aspects of the game, including lessons learned and the finer details of the developer's collaboration with members of the US armed forces.

All I care about is that they remove the stick fiddling health regen.

If they want to recreate even a tiny fraction of how wasteful war is get rid of the master chief stigma. Since you dont suddenly gain health back when you are wounded.

Seriously if they want to recreate how messed up things can get they are really going to have to focus on a lot of things that does not translate well into making an "entertaining" game.

One thing that will be a must is having to work together with your AI or if they decide to put it into the game co-op. Since thats how you stay alive and not go running around like a 1 man army. Example COD.

Another strong point that will add to the overall experience will be sound quality along with the volume level of said sounds.

I could go on and on with a list but think most of you folks should have a general idea of what Im trying to say.
