I run. I hit a peak of 500+ miles back in 2019, but having little kids and a stressful job really hurt that in recent years. Last year I hit something like 350 miles, and I'm hoping I can break 500 again this year.

What music have people been listening to recently?

Thanks to this show being carried on my local classical station I've really been diving into baroque music.
For example, Biber's Mystery Sonatas are an incredible journey, using a wide variety of scordatura to set many different moods.
