I wouldn't mind the LED headlamps if they were aimed a bit better. Unfortunately, most of them seem designed purely to look bright and blind other drivers rather than actually help people see.
As for drivers, Huntsville has grown like crazy, and it's mostly transplants from the DC area. It has ...

I took my old Subaru (2007 Legacy GT Spec.B) out for a spin yesterday; for the first real drive it's had in 3 years. Went out for about an hour and a half and it was good fun to row my own gears again. Boy the bolstering on the seat was excessive (and/or ...

iPod compatible head units with CD players - still a thing?

Non sequiter: I found three Apple Airport Time Capsule units yesterday, priced at $15 each. Didn’t buy them but am thinking that an external Time Machine backup might be a good way to divest from iCloud.
Just in time for them to lose support.

You could buy a '25 Lexus IS with a CD Player; they just this year finally removed it.

Issues with Elon not included; I feel like they didn't even do the concept of what they wanted well. I also find Tesla interiors to be an abomination - who the hell thinks putting the turn signals on the steering wheel is a good idea? Should be illegal.

I HAD A BIG IPHONE ERROR!
I got a "bug fix" iOS update yesterday, maybe just an unrelated coincidence. My iPhone seems to be working as expected, but now I am afraid to fully turn it off again.
Why do you turn it off? I've never once had a use case, outside of phone replacement (where the old one goes into retirement).

LLMs running locally based on your own data could be quite useful; and can't really be considered plagiarism either. I know we have our own internal one at work that is trained exclusively on our own data which is mildly useful.

Nope, but I have tried lots of time ha ha. The blue pieces are:
2 coats filler primer
1 coat gloss black
2 coats silver
3 coats blue
2 coats clear coat
I give each coat at least 2 hours to dry… so you can see it takes some time.
